01Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Holistic Radar handles personal information collected through holisticradar.com: the free Radar Scan request, the client questionnaire, the contact form, the playbook download, and The Signal newsletter.
02Information you provide
Each form asks only for what the request needs: usually your name, email address, and website, and for some forms your role, business model, market, traffic or revenue range, constraint, and preferred contact method. You choose what to share. Optional fields can be left empty.
03How it is stored
Every submission is saved as a private record inside this website's WordPress database, visible only to logged-in Holistic Radar team members, and a copy is emailed to the Holistic Radar inbox. You receive a confirmation email with a reference number.
04How it is used
Your information is used to answer your request: to prepare your Radar Scan, reply to your enquiry, send the playbook, deliver the newsletter you subscribed to, and, if you ask for one, prepare a written plan. It is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.
05Service providers
The website is hosted by Hostinger, which stores the database and delivers email on our behalf. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address when the page loads. If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own terms.
06Cookies
The public website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. WordPress sets functional cookies only for logged-in team members. If a measurement tool is added in future, this page will name it before it is switched on.
07How long it is kept
Enquiry and scan records are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, then deleted, unless you become a client, in which case records are kept for the length of the engagement and any period required for accounting or legal reasons. Newsletter details are deleted when you unsubscribe.
08Your choices
You can ask what information Holistic Radar holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing connect@holisticradar.com. Every newsletter includes a one-click way to leave. We reply to privacy requests within 30 days.
09Children
The website and its services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
10Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new date at the top.
