Section 01

Nutrition claims depend on context

The same food or dietary pattern can have different implications by life stage, health status, quantity, preparation, and the wider diet. Useful content makes that context visible.

Section 02

Separate evidence from instruction

A study result is not automatically a personal recommendation. Explain what was observed, the population studied, important limitations, and when professional support may be appropriate.

  • Avoid universal benefit language
  • Name meaningful dose or frequency context
  • Distinguish association from causation
  • Do not hide safety or interaction considerations

Section 03

Clarity is part of safety

Evidence-led writing should still be readable. Short explanations, defined terms, and explicit limitations help readers understand the real strength of a claim.
